Alle Teilnehmer nehmen auf eigene Verantwortung an der Veranstaltung teil.

Der Veranstalter, der ausrichtende Verein, die Choppy Water GmbH, die GWA, der DSV, ISAF, IFCA, der FWVK und/oder alle ihrer Offiziellen und Vertreter haften unter keinen Umständen für irgendwelche Schäden an Land oder auf dem Wasser, an Personen oder Sachen. Hiervon ausgenommen sind einzig Schäden, die auf Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit zurückzuführen sind.

Die Teilnahme an der Gesamtveranstaltung und an jedem einzelnen Wettbewerb liegt ausschließlich in der Entscheidung jedes einzelnen Teilnehmers und geschieht auf dessen Risiko und Verantwortung. Zur Deckung eventueller Schäden muss jeder Teilnehmer eine Windsurfing-Haftpflichtversicherung haben, die auch Regatten beinhaltet und diese nachweisen können.

Medienrechte

Mit der Anmeldung für die Veranstaltung genehmigt der Teilnehmer die unbegrenzte auch kommerzielle Nutzung, Vorführung und Vervielfältigung von Fotos, Tonaufnahmen und Videomaterial, das von Ihm im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung erstellt wurde. Dies schließt die Weitergabe der Verwertungsrechte an Dritte mit ein. Die persönlichen Verwertungsrechte des Teilnehmers oder die von Dritten werden hierdurch nicht eingeschränkt.

Zudem verpflichtet sich jeder Teilnehmer das offizielle Eventlycra über dem Neoprenanzug zu tragen, unabhängig, ob der Teilnehmer auf dem Wasser oder an Land ist. Jeder Teilnehmer verpflichtet sich außerdem, die Sponsoren-Segelsticker jeweils auf beiden Seiten des Segels anzubringen. Der Bereich liegt auf dem Segel zwischen Gabelbaum und Segelnummer.

Allgemeines Verhalten

Alle Regattateilnehmer müssen in ihrem Verhalten und ihrer generellen Einstellung das Image des Sports, die Sponsoren, die GWA, den DSV und sich selbst im positiven Sinn repräsentieren. Ein Verstoß kann durch Geldstrafen bzw. bis hin zum Ausschluss geahndet werden.

All participants take part in the event on their own responsibility.

The organizer, the organizing club, the Choppy Water GmbH, the GWA, the DSV, ISAF, IFCA, the FWVK and/or all their officials and representatives are not liable under any circumstances for any damage on land or on the water, to persons or property. The only exception to this is damage caused by intent or gross negligence.

The participation in the whole event and in each single competition is exclusively in the decision of each participant and happens on his risk and responsibility. To cover possible damages, each participant must have a windsurfing liability insurance, which also includes regattas and must be able to prove this.

Media rights

By registering for the event, the participant authorizes the unlimited, including commercial, use, presentation and reproduction of photos, sound recordings and video material created by him/her in the course of this event. This includes the transfer of the exploitation rights to third parties. The personal exploitation rights of the participant or those of third parties are not restricted by this.

In addition, each participant agrees to wear the official Eventlycra over the wetsuit, regardless of whether the participant is on the water or on land. Each participant also agrees to place the sponsor sail stickers on both sides of the sail. The area is on the sail between the boom and the sail number.

General behavior

All regatta participants must represent the image of the sport, the sponsors, the GWA, the DSV and themselves in a positive sense in their behavior and general attitude. A violation can be punished by fines or even exclusion.
